If you are looking for childrens swimming lessons, you will be spoilt for choice. There are mother and toddler lessons, water training, group lessons, stroke training, as well as others. SwimFit – is a FREE online and pool-side resource that provides you with a gym style work-out programme for the pool.

Whether you need to challenge yourself with swimming the distance round the Bahamas or just want to tone up all the major muscle groups in one go. It’s your very own pool personal trainer but won’t cost you a penny.

Women only Swimming sessions

These sessions take place at Whitstable Swimming Pool on a Thursday evening. If you are not able to do a Thursday or it’s not easy to get to Whitstable, there are opportunities to use Simon Langton Boys School Pool and Joy Lane.
