Supple Strength ( blend of yoga and pilates)
Blends yoga, Pilates, strength and flexibility training into one challenging but relaxing class. Aims to improve balance, posture and co-ordination and help maintain a healthy back. For all fitness levels.
Keepfit – Circuit/LBT for all
Class includes an easy to follow cardio/fat burning workout incorporating circuit stations, whole body conditioning including Legs, Bums and Tums. Choose high or low impact.
Gentle Keep Fit
Gentle Exercise with Sue to keep the joints moving. Come in loose clothing and do as much or as little exercise as you wish.
